Can it be bulk customized?

Yes, it depends on your demand and specific needs. We have a group of designers and factories behind us that can meet the bulk customization needs of home décor products. Send your details to our email.

Will the product be out of stock?

More than 99% of the products are in stock. There are some special circumstances, because there are many cooperative studios, and some products are possibly out of stock . If so, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How to track my order?

After we processing your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking number and you can track the shipment via our website homepage lower left corner “ order tracking”

I received wrong item/some of my item is missing.
